An Early 1950s Loveland Lift Ticket and More Continental Divide Signs
Another lift ticket has been added to the Coloradotopia Archives Collection. It was likely used sometime before the 1955-56 season when the ski area was sold. The managing company’s name was changed from Loveland Ski Tow Co. to Loveland Ski Area Corp. at that point, but the old name can still be seen on this ticket.

The ticket is presumed to be from the early 1950s, but it is possible that it could date back even further.
The archives also have some footage from Loveland in 1957, which confirms that the lift tickets were changed by then…

The full digitized film from 1957 can be found in the collection here or seen below.
Loveland Ski Area is located just over Loveland Pass from Arapahoe Basin. The lift tickets had some similarities during this era. Here they are together in the light box.
There are also some Loveland lift tickets in the archives which are presumed to be from the 1970s.

1954 Berthoud Pass Slides
These slides had already been cataloged, but they still needed to be photographed on the light table. You can see the scanned versions along with some discussion on their permanent pages within the archives here and here.
