Lake Eldora Ski Area Lift Ticket, Upcoming Mountain Film Festivals

Now known as Eldora Mountain Resort, the area opened as Lake Eldora Ski Area in 1962. This ticket is likely from the early years of operation at Eldora and is typical of lift tickets from the 1960s in Colorado. Earlier tickets lacked grommets for the punch hole. Metal wicket tickets—first invented in Killington during the 1960s—became popular in the 1970s.
